TRANSITIONS
Quello attuale è un tempo di cambiamenti. Alcuni molto evidenti, altri più latenti. I tradizionali equilibri stanno mutando con una velocità che rischia di travolgere le nostre vite. Nuove forze sono entrate in gioco. È un movimento costante che cresce e si sviluppa creando una rete di strade possibili su diversi livelli.
La meta è incerta. Ma ci sono anche opportunità. Tutto dipende da come e da quanto saremo preparati alla flessibilità richiesta dalle TRANSITIONS in corso. L'edizione TEDxVicenza 2019 disegnerà una rotta per alzare lo sguardo e affrontare in modo consapevole i cambiamenti e le barriere. Ripartiremo dalle persone, percorrendo le TRANSITIONS anche nella componente sociale nella sua accezione più grande, l'individuo.

È necessario stampare i biglietti?
No, è sufficiente salvarli sul tuo smartphone in formato mail, pdf o Apple wallet. Stampali solo se non possiedi uno smartphone.
Come faccio a raggiungere il Teatro, dove posso parcheggiare nelle vicinanze?
Per arrivare al Teatro segui queste indicazioni. Il parcheggio adiacente al Teatro dispone di 220 posti auto gratuiti per tutta la giornata dell'evento. Nelle immediate vicinanze è possibile parcheggiare, a pagamento, presso il Park Cattaneo (245 posti), il Park Verdi (490 posti) e il Park Bologna (65 posti). C'è qualcosa da sapere prima di entrare in Teatro?
In sala è vietato introdurre ombrelli, zaini, cibi o bevande. Sono previste due pause durante l'evento, una principale per il pranzo e una durante il pomeriggio per un breve rinfresco.
A che ora è opportuno arrivare?
La registrazione dei partecipanti inizia alle 10.00, mentre l'evento inzia alle 11.00. Se possibile, non arrivare all'ultimo momento.
Posso acquistare un biglietto per la sola sessione della mattina o del pomeriggio?
No, il biglietto permette di assistere a tutto l'evento; non sono previsti biglietti semi-giornalieri. E' possibile cedere il proprio biglietto ad amici, in caso di impossibilità a rimanere tutto il giorno, ma ti perderai una grande occasione. In tal caso è fondamentale cedere il pass di partecipazione che ti sarà consegnato in fase di registrazione.
Il nome sul mio biglietto o sulla registrazione non corrisponde al nome della persona che parteciperà, è un problema?
No, non c'è problema, il biglietto non è nominativo.

What we are currently living is a time of change. Some changes very obvious, some others are more latent. The traditional equilibrium is changing with a speed that threatens to overwhelm our lives. New forces have come into play. It is a constant movement that grows and develops by creating a network of possible roads on different levels.
In this scenario there are many uncertainties, but there are also multiple opportunities. It all depends on how and how much we will be equipped with the flexibility required to face the TRANSITIONS in progress.
TEDxVicenza 2019 will draw a course to help us deal with changes and barriers in a conscious way. We will start from the people, uncovering the TRANSITIONS they experienced and that shaped them as the individual.

Do I have to print my tickets?
No, saving them on your smartphone as mail, pdf or on Apple wallet is enough. Print them only if you don't own a smartphone.
How can I reach the Theatre? Is there a parking facility nearby ?
To reach the Theatre follow these instructions. The parking lot next to the Theatre would provide 220 parking spots free of charge. Nearby there is Park Cattaneo (245 spots), Park Verdi (490 spots) and Park Bologna (65 spots). For further information look at this map.
Should I be aware of something before entering the Theatre?
It is forbidden to introduce umbrellas, backpacks, food or drinks in the Theatre. The event will include two breaks, the main one at lunchtime and a shorter one in the afternoon for a snack.
Which is the best time to get there?
Participants registrations start at 10.00, the event starts at 11.00. It is better to avoid arriving last minute.
Is it possible to purchase a ticket valid only for one session, like the morning one rather than the evening one?
No, the ticket allows to attend the whole event; half-day passes aren't available. Tickets could be donated to friends, in case the all-day stay is a problem, but you'll miss a great show. For this purpose you need to give the participation pass obtained upon registration.
